HOW TO USE

Fry Dat

Step 1: Pat item dry with a paper towel.

Step 2: Prepare wet prep by mixing:

• 4 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 1 cup yellow mustard
• Hot sauce to taste

Step 3: Dip items into the wet prep.

Step 4: Place items into Fry Dat still slightly dripping and shake or roll until fully coated.

Step 5: Fry in 375-degree oil for 4-7 minutes or until golden brown.
